Shipping & Processing
Processing Times:
Pre-Mades, Plain Pacis, & Clothing
Since these products are already completed and ready to be shipped, I can get these out faster than custom made products. Processing time is typically between 1 - 2 weeks.
Surprise & Personalized Customs
Since these products require specific customizations, these can take a bit longer depending on the intricacy of the design. Processing time is typically between 4 - 6 weeks. However, I do try to get them out earlier than that.
Shipping:
Once your items have been processed, your package will be shipped First Class via USPS and is typically delivered within 3 - 5 days for domestic orders, 1 - 4 weeks for international orders. All packages come with a USPS tracking number so that you can keep track of where your package is at all times! You may upgrade your shipping to Priority for faster shipping AND to insure it - that ensures that you will recieve a full refund if your package happens to get lost or stolen.
It is important to note that I do not have any control over how long your package takes to be delivered once it is out of my hands. If you are having issues with the delivery of your package, it is recommended to fill out a missing mail search claim. You can fill out a missing mail search claim by clicking here. I am not responsible for lost or missing packages, however, I will do my very best to assist in locating your item for you at all times.
International orders may be subjected with additional custom fees depending on the country. International customers are responsible for all import fees associated with their order.
Returns / Exchanges:
As many of the items I sell are considered to be sensitive, I do NOT accept returns or exchanges. For Onesies, please take your precise measurements using measuring tape prior to purchasing to ensure that you receive the correct size. Onesies will not be accepted for returns or exchanges for purchasing the wrong size.
Please note that this store is part-time & individually owned.
This means that the store owner does everything on their own, from making products, maintaining social media accounts, to packing and mailing out orders. Additionally, the store owner has a full-time job in addition to this store. Therefore, your patience and understanding to our store policies is greatly appreciated.
